SHIPPING + PAYMENT INFORMATION
DTech has shipping warehouses in Reno, NV and Jackson, TN. With these two warehouses, DTech is able to cover the lower 48 states in 3 days or less via UPS Ground service to most locations.
All orders placed online exceeding $400 will be shipped Free of Charge via UPS Ground service. In the unlikely event that we cannot fill all of your items in the first shipment, DTech will pay the freight for shipping backordered items via UPS Ground service.

UPS is the preferred shipping company for orders placed through the DTech web site. Orders received prior to 3:30 PM Pacific time will usually be shipped the same day. Shipping charges are then based on the total weight of your order, at published UPS rates. Items may arrive in more than one box/shipment.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR PARTS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

In order to keep costs and your prices low, we must have a $50 minimum order charge on your first order of the day.

Businesses involved in automotive repair or parts distribution can apply for a Net 30 open account by clicking here. Past due invoices will be charged a 1.5% monthly late fee. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Credit card orders will be billed as DIPACO. Credit cards are accepted at the time of sale with no additional fee. If you use your credit card to pay an open balance on a Net 30 account, an additional fee of 3.5% of the amount paid will be charged. The customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by DIPACO to collect past due or unpaid account balances.
Sales tax will be charged at the applicable rates based on current regulations. Currently sales tax will be charged to Nevada, California, and Tennessee customers without a resale number on file with DIPACO / DTech.
Return any part to us (excluding special orders) within 30 days of the original shipping date and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, less a 25% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable. Any returns after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Experience and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 1 business day. We require all returns to have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your bill or credit card. Shipping charges for any product return are the responsibility of the customer. All returned parts will be inspected for use or shipping damage and the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. In the event of litigation for any reason, including but not limited to allegations of product defects, core issues, billing or collection disputes, you and DIPACO, Inc. agree the courts located in Washoe County, NV shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any such proceedings. The laws of the State of Nevada will control and the customer agrees to pay DIPACO's attorney fees and court costs.
