CANADIAN FAQ
    This area covers any questions you may have as a Canadian customer purchasing DTech products.

    1. How do you ship to Canada?
    Unless the customer requests a different method, we ship to Canada via UPS.

    2. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipments placed online of $750 or more are FREE via UPS Ground. All other freight costs are determined by how fast you need your shipment. We offer shipping services and specials for expedited shipping. Just talk to your Territory Manager.

    3. What are your core fees?
    All Core Fees can be seen when viewing the product.

    4. How do you handle core shipping returns?

    5. Is there free shipping?
    Yes! If you are paying in Canadian Dollars and ordering $750 or more online UPS Ground shipping is FREE!

    6. What is an NRI?
    NRI stands for Non Resident Importer. An NRI importer is a business outside of Canada that ships to customers in Canada and assumes responsibility for customs clearance and other import-related fees. An NRI provides a seamless and cost effective experience for Canadian customers. DTech is an NRI!

    7. Canadian customer wants to handle importing? Shipping to a US residence?
    Absolutely; many of our Canadian customers want to handle their own importing. That is fine! Let us know upon placement of order and we’ll let you take care of it. We do ask that you pay DTech in US Dollars. If you choose to ship to a US residence, that is up to you!

    8. Who handles the HST / GST?
    If we are acting as the importer on your behalf, your invoice will reflect all HST / GST as if you were purchasing from a local Canadian company. We will cover all importing fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. Let us take care of the tricky stuff and get you product quickly!

    9. What is DTech's Warranty Policy?
    All DTech Products are covered by a two year unlimited mileage warranty. Click here for more information.

    10. Why can Diesel Fuel Upgrade only be shipped ground?
    It is a chemical and there are laws about chemicals and the way they can be shipped, that's why we can only ship DieselBOOST and DieselMAX via ground. No air freight. Sorry, but we don’t want any trouble, and neither do you!

    11. Can I order on the web site from Canada?
    Absolutely! You can order at your convenience day or night, anytime.

    12. What’s your return policy?
    You’ll be happy with your product or we’ll take it back. It's that easy.

    13. Who is DTech Canada?
    DTech Canada is our awesome distributor in Winnipeg. They have DTech Products available to ship you anytime you need them! They have been selling our products for six years. Click here for their website and more information.

    14. Where are you located?
    Our world headquarters is in Reno, NV and we have a second shipping location in Jackson, TN.

    15. How long have you been in business?
    We've been in business since 1948. Over 65 years!

    16. What are your payment terms?
    We accept most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). We also offer Net 30 terms for those who are interested and qualify.
